Raising of wooden fences and hedges Wooden fences or “stockades” may be placed on the limits of properties, provided they are not inclined beyond perpendicular line drawn from the dividing line; hedges may not be planted without boundary marks being placed to identify the property from the neighbouring properties line, either by agreement or by way of demarcation through Court.
