Unlawful appropriation

Whoever appropriates a treasure or hidden thing, to the prejudice of the rights of a third party, as provided in the preceding articles, shall forfeit the part which otherwise would have belonged to him, which shall be applied for the benefit of the establishments meant for safeguarding children in the judicial division wherein the treasure was found.
