Duties of the hunter

In any event, the hunter is liable for payment of any damage caused, which damages shall be paid in double, when the act is committed in the absence of the owner or his representative. § 1 - If there is more than one hunter, all of them shall be jointly liable for the damages caused. § 2 - The entry of hunting dogs into an enclosed property, in pursuit of animal, which had entered into the property, without such entry being attributable to the hunter, shall make the hunter merely liable to make good the damage caused. § 3 - The suit for recovery of damages prescribes within 30 days, from the date on which the damage was caused.
