Classification of Easements

Easements may be continuous or discontinuous, apparent or non apparent. § 1 - Continuous easements are those, the enjoyment of which is, or may be unceasing irrespective of any human act. § 2 - Discontinuous easements are those which depend on a human act. § 3 - Apparent easements are those which are disclosed by works or external signs. § 4 - Non-apparent easements are those which do not show any external sign.
