Appointment of proguardian

In all cases of interdiction, except where the interdicted person is entrusted to the care of his parents, the family council shall appoint one proguardian who looks after his/her rights and well being and informs the Public Ministry in order that it may take steps in the interest of the interdicted person within the legal limits.
