Compensation in the case of voluntary hurt

In the case of voluntary hurt, the offender shall be bound to compensate the injured person for the expenses incurred in the treatment and for the loss of income as a result of the injuries; but if from the said injuries disability or deformity results, the injured person shall be compensated for the losses resulting from the said disability or deformity.
