Presumption of legitimacy of children born during subsistence of marriage Where the child is born during subsistence of marriage, no declaration to the contrary shall be admitted in the Civil Registration record, even though the mother states that the child is not of her husband or the latter states that the child is not his own, except where there has been actual separation for a period of not less than three hundred days before the birth.
