Compromise and renunciation of the inheritance on the part of curators

The said curators shall not, equally, enter into a compromise without permission from the Court, nor renounce and inheritance which might have accrued to the absentee before his disappearance or from the time one last heard of him, but, they shall accept it under the benefit of inventory.
