Lifting of the interdiction

After five years, the prodigal may apply for the lifting of the interdiction and this shall be so ordered if it is not objected by the family council and the Public Ministry. § Sole paragraph - If the prodigal does not obtain the lifting of the interdiction, he may apply for it again, until the same is granted to him; as long as between each refusal that he may have and a new application that he makes, there has elapsed an interval of at least five years.
