Powers of husband - guardian

Where the husband is the guardian, he shall continue to exercise over his interdicted wife, the conjugal rights save following modifications: § 1 - In cases where the acts of the husband depend upon consent of the wife, the consent shall be made up by the judge after hearing of the Public Ministry and of her nearest relative. § 2 - In cases where the wife may prefer an application against acts of the husband or sue him to secure her violated or threatened rights, she shall be represented by her proguardian or any of her relations.
