Corrections or additions to the record No declaration, correction, rectification, addition, or alteration of any nature whatsoever may be made in the Civil Registration entries, otherwise than by virtue of judgement passed by the Court, which has become res judicata with exception of what is provided in article 1088. § Sole paragraph – On the margin of the respective entries, record shall be made of the effect of the said judgment, in brief, which should contain the substance of the decision, date of the judgment, the Court which pronounced it and the respective office of the Court, where the proceedings were processed.
