Management against the will of the owner

Whoever interferes in the business of another against latter’s wishes, shall be liable for all the losses caused including accidental losses, if he does not establish that the damages would have occurred even if there was no intervention of the de facto manager, but when the owner wants to make use of the de facto management, article 1724 will be attracted.
