Unnecessary improvements

Statutory text
A possessor in good faith may take away the luxurious improvements made by him, if it does not cause detriment to the thing. If it does, he has no right to separate them nor is he entitled to their value. § 1 - Luxurious improvements are those which do not increase the value of the thing to which they are added, but are only for the pleasure of the possessor. § 2 - The possibility of the damage shall be assessed by the experts chosen by the parties.
