Usufructuary’s right of fruition

The usufructuary shall have the right to appropriate all the produce which the thing under enjoyment produces whether the produce be in the form of natural (or agricultural produce), industrial or civil produce. § Sole paragraph - Natural, Industrial or Civil produce shall be as defined in article 495(3).
