Transfer of unspecified assets, when found specified later

The transactions resulting in modification or transfer of property, carried out by any person in whose favour the transfer of the same has been done, in the manner indicated in the sole paragraph of Article 951, or by his heirs or representatives, are null and void, in relation to third parties if on the assets being found specified, the transfer has not been registered.
