Copyright by the State

The State, or any public establishment, who publish on their account any literary work, enjoy the aforesaid right for a period of 50 years, counted from the date of publication of volume or fascicle which completes the work. § Sole paragraph - Where such work consist of collection of writings or notings on different subjects, the period of 50 years shall be counted from the date of publication of each volume.
