Appraisal in inventory amongst majors

The assets of the inventory amongst majors shall be appraised by appraisers appointed by agreement amongst the parties. § Sole paragraph – In case of disagreement between the heirs in the matter of selection of appraisers or some of them, those who fall short shall be selected by the judge, but not from amongst those proposed by the heirs.
