Ordinary repairs

The usufructuary should carry out the necessary works of maintenance for the preservation of the thing. § 1 - Ordinary maintenance shall mean those works which during the year they are required do not exceed 2/3rd of the net income for that year. § 2 - The usufructuary may avoid such repairs if he renounces the usufruct.
