Library policies · Effective 4 October 2026
Privacy notice
This notice describes the library’s current features. No account or payment is required to browse or use the separate agent server.
Information processed
The library reads search terms and filter selections to show results. Theme preferences, pinned sections and reading progress are stored in your browser’s local storage. We have not added advertising trackers, a user database or analytics collection to the library. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive client information in searches or agent requests.
Local storage and controls
Local preferences stay on your device unless your browser or an integration synchronises them. You can remove them using your browser’s site-data controls; clearing them resets saved pins, progress and theme. Blocking local storage does not prevent reading, but saved preferences may stop working.
Network and hosting
Loading pages and downloads necessarily sends network information, such as IP address, request URL, browser headers and timestamps, to the host and its infrastructure. Providers may keep access or security logs under their own policies. The application does not promise that infrastructure logs are absent. Contact discourse@hhf.technology for questions about deployment logging or retention.
Third-party requests
The interface loads fonts from Google Fonts. Preview or platform builds can load platform functionality and branding. Opening external government links, using browser sharing, or connecting through an AI, CRM or chatbot provider sends information to those services under their policies. They may operate in other countries. The separate MCP server reads committed library files; it does not need access to your CRM records or chat history.
Agent integrations
The local stdio server does not persist query history. A remotely hosted server or reverse proxy may log request metadata. Your chosen agent or CRM may retain prompts, tool responses and derived answers independently. Operators should disclose their actual deployment logging and retention settings before opening a public endpoint.
Requests and contact
For privacy questions, correction or deletion requests concerning information held by the operator, use the published support channel. Device-only preferences can be deleted immediately through browser settings. Where personal data is processed, applicable privacy rights and obligations continue to apply; this notice does not waive them.
