Capacity to possess

Possession can be acquired by all those who have the faculty of reason, and even by those who do not have it, in those things which can be the objects of free occupation. § Sole paragraph - In respect of things which are appropriated, those who have no faculty of reason may, nevertheless, acquire possession through persons, who legally represent them.
