Other subsequent debts which are not communicable

What is laid down in the preceding Article both in respect of the husband as well as in respect of the wife is also applicable to: 1. The debts arising from criminal offences or unlawful acts, committed by any of the spouses; 2. The debts which encumber incommunicable assets, not being for interest, emphyteutic fees, annuity or share, accrued after the acquisition of such assets.
