Article 1526 – Time limit for return of cereals When the loan given is of cereals or any other agricultural products to a cultivator, it is presumed to be given till the next crop of fruits or similar products. § Sole paragraph - The same provision is applicable to the borrowers, who though not cultivators, collect similar fruits towards the rent of their own lands.
