External form of the Wills prior to the Code

The Wills bearing authentic date, made prior to the promulgation of this Code, which are not in conformity with the provisions of the same, in relation to the formalities and solemnities, shall have effect, whenever they have not been revoked, if they satisfy the requirements of the legislation in force at the time when they were made.
