Mode of exercise of possession

Possession may be acquired and exercised, in one’s own name, as well as in the name of another. § 1 - In case of doubt, it is presumed, that the possessor possesses in his own name. § 2 - It is presumed, that the possession continues in the name of the person with whom it commenced.
