Administration of the estate in case of the demise of one of the spouses

In case of the death of either spouse the survivor shall continue in the possession and the administration of the matrimonial estate till the finalization of the partition, except :- 1. In respect of incommunicable assets of the deceased; in this case, however, where the legal successor is a minor, the father or mother shall continue the administration; 2. In cases in which there is a lien on account of improvements or communion regarding the price.
