Misuse of the thing enjoyed

Usufruct does not get extinguished even if the usufructuary misuses the object thereof; but if the abuse causes substantial prejudice to the owner, he may apply that the thing be returned to him binding himself to pay to the usufructuary the liquid net produce of the said thing after deducting the expenses and the premium which may be awarded through arbitration on account of his administration.
