Prescription of five years

The following prescribe by lapse of five years. 1. Pensions relating to emphyteusis, sub-emphyteusis, census, rents, hire, interest or any installments due, which are paid in certain and prescribed times; 2. Accrued monthly installments of alimony; 3. Obligation to make good losses arising from criminal offences of correctional nature and payment of fines imposed by the court.
