Real encumbrances registered after mortgage or transfer

The encumbrance on property, with registration subsequent to the mortgage or transfer do not follow the property. § Sole paragraph: The burden on property constituted before the promulgation of this Code which is registered within one year, from the date of promulgation of this Code are excepted from the provisions of this article.
