Termination of definitive curatorship

The definitive curatorship comes to an end: 1. Upon return of the absentee; 2. Upon receipt of the news of his existence; 3. Upon certainty of his death; 4. By lapse of 20 years; 5. When the absentee attains 95 years of age. § Sole paragraph – In the case of Clause 2 the definitive curators shall be considered provisional as long as the absentee or someone who legally represents him does not come back.
