Fixation of the quantum for ordinary expenses

In the case of general interdiction, the interdicted person shall have access to some amount of money which may be deemed to be necessary for his ordinary expenses, in conformity with his status and means. § 1 - These amounts shall be calculated by the judicious discretion of the judge, after hearing the Public Ministry and the family council. § 2 - The person under interdiction may however, when an unforeseen necessity arises, take recourse anew to the judge who shall grant the same in the above terms as may be deemed to be just.
