The interdicted person shall not be deprived of his personal liberty, nor detained in any private house or establishment of any nature or removed outside the kingdom or even of province without prior judicial permission after hearing the Public Ministry and family council. § Sole paragraph – The provisions of this article shall be understood in such a way that there is no objection to make use of force whenever necessary to control the violent insane but such a step shall be restricted till the minimum necessary time in order to report the matter to the competent authority.
