Manner of providing maintenance

Where the person who has to provide maintenance proves that he/she is unable to do so as a pension but only in his/her house or company, the Court may decree in such manner. The same procedure shall be followed where the person maintained, without just cause, leaves the house and company of the one who has to provide it.
