Forms of acceptance – Conduct of the heir

The acceptance is express or tacit. § 1 - It is express, when the heir adopts such title or qualification in any public or private act. § 2 - It is tacit, when the heir does some act from which the intention of accepting is necessarily inferred, or it is of such a nature that he could not do it otherwise than in the capacity of heir.
