Liability for damages caused by employees or agents Where damage is caused by servants or persons entrusted with certain tasks or commission, in the course of the performance of their services or tasks, the said servants or persons, shall be liable alongwith their employers or principals subject to the recourse by the latter against the former when they have exceeded the orders or instructions given to them.
