Communication to the owner

If the owner is not domiciled or residing in the same Taluka, and if the finder is not able to comply with the provisions of the preceding article, he shall inform the Administrative authority of the Taluka, within the period of three days, the circumstances in which the animal is found, in order that this may be informed to the owner.
