Summons to the parties

The Court of the inventory shall summon with notice of thirty days by way of substituted service the unknown creditors and the legatees of the deceased, or domiciled outside the jurisdiction of the court, and in person the known creditors and legatees and those domiciled therein, to take part, if they wish, in the inventory.
