Closed Will which is already open

Where the Will is found open, whether amongst the effects of the testator, or in the possession of someone else, but without any other vitiation, it shall not be annulled for this reason. § Sole paragraph – In such case it shall be presented, as it is, to the administration of the respective taluka, where the act with said particulars shall be drawn up and the provisions of articles 1933, 1934 and 1935 shall be followed.
