Expenses for conservation

The possessor in good faith, as well as possessor in bad faith, have the right to be reimbursed of all the expenditure incurred in the preservation of the property; however only the possessor in good faith is entitled to retain the thing, so long as he is not paid. § 1 - The amount of such expenditure shall be set against with the net income of the fruits received. § 2 - If the restitution is of different things, the retention is admissible only relating to those in which improvements were carried out.
