Simulated gifts in favour of incompetent persons

Gifts made to legally incapable persons, be they disguised or made under the appearance of a different contract, or through an intermediate person, shall produce no effects. § Sole paragraph - The descendants, ascendants or spouses of the incompetent are considered to be intermediate persons.
