Objection to the licitation. Second appraisal

Where the declaration, referred to in article 2126, falls on a thing, which by its nature and without its detriment cannot be divided, and in which any co-heir has major part, or it falls on a thing which has to be allotted to him as a head, such co-heir may object to the licitation and apply that the appraisal be rectified.
