Responsibility of the Land Registrar for omissions in the registration extract

Out of the averments mentioned in Article 960, the Land Registrar is bound to make only those which are recorded in the registered title document. When any of them is omitted the action to be taken against the Land Registrar shall be graded according to the gravity of the omission and by the extent of fault or fraud which has taken place therein.
