Exceptions to previous incapacities

The prohibitions of the two preceding articles do not include: 1. The remuneratory legacies for services rendered to the minor, or to the sick person; 2. The dispositions made either as universal heir or as legatee in favour of the relatives of the testator upto the fourth degree inclusive, where there are no heirs with a right to legitime.
