Cancellation of defective inscriptions made in various Land Registration offices

If the inscription arising from the same document has been made in various offices the suit shall be filed in the jurisdiction where the major part of the encumbrance part of the assets are situated, which will be where the highest direct contribution is paid in respect of the assets or in the jurisdiction where the person who effected the registration is domiciled, if some of the assets are located there.
