Taking advantage of the benefits of the management

Where the owner or one to whom the business belongs, ratifies the management and wants to make use of the conveniences and benefits arising therefrom, shall be bound to compensate the manager for the necessary expenses he has incurred and also loss suffered on account of the said management.
