Article 1482 – Revocation and reduction of gifts Completed gifts may only be revoked, apart from the cases in which any contract may be revoked: 1. Due to supervenience of legitimate children, if the donor was married at the time of the gift; 2. Due to ingratitude of the donee; 3. Due to inofficiousness.
