Grants for life time

All the grants for lifetime, or by way of appointment for some generations, whether such appointment is free, or restricted or conventional, shall take the nature of grants in the nature of emphyteusis, simple and hereditary in possession of emphyteuta, at the time of the promulgation of the Code, except the provision of subsequent articles.
