Requirement of records In all Civil Registration entries, there shall be mentioned:- 1. The place where they have been made, time, date, month and year in which they are written; 2. The names, surnames, status, profession, place of birth and residence of the parties and of the witnesses who intervene in the same; 3. Any other particulars required by law, in respect of each categories of entries.
