Succession of illegitimate transversals

Where the deceased, being an illegitimate child, does not leave anyone mentioned in clauses 1, 2, 3 and 4 of article 1969 and has not disposed of his properties, the estate shall devolve upon his collaterals without distinction up to the sixth degree, as per the general law.
