Registration of possession

Simple possession may be registered only on the basis of a decree become final for want of appeal, after hearing the Public Ministry, and unascertained interested parties summoned by way of public notice, through which it is made known, that the possessor has possessed the property peacefully, openly and continuously for a period of 5 years.
