Repeal of contradictory legislation

All the legislation to the contrary stands revoked. The Government shall frame regulation necessary for the implementation of the present decree. Acts carried out in violation of the provisions of the law whether prohibitive or preceptive, result in nullity, except in cases in which the said law directs the contrary. § Sole paragraph - This nullity may however be condoned with the consent of the interested parties if the law violated is not in the domain of public interest or public order.
